Sending Multitracks or Stems
Terms: Multitracks refer to the individual audio files/instrument tracks that make up a track.
Stems refer specifically to groups, such as “Drums”, “Guitars”, “Vocals": etc that have been
rendered out
For full mixes please:
Provide Tempo/BPM (if it is dynamic, please include this info)
Provide 1 to 2 reference tracks that you feel best suit your desired sound
Provide a demo render of your own mixdown/mix
Please send your multitracks as 24bit 48kHz (or higher) lossless files (such as WAV or AIFF)
Send the stems or multitracks with a coherent, consistent, and accurate naming scheme if
possible to prevent communication errors.
Further info or files, such as midi data, tempo maps (if applicable) or re-renders (should the
audio be compromised) may be requested.
For Mastering ONLY please:
Specify if you require single track mastering, or stem mastering (when one would use stems
instead a singular audio file in the mastering process)
Clearly named Stems
Send as a 32bit 48kHz (or higher) lossless file
Format Delivery Upon Delivery
All audio files will be delivered in 24 bit 48kHz lossless wav files unless otherwise specified.
Additional formats can be requested.
